Definition of 200°C Fluoropolymer-Insulated Wires


200°C fluoropolymer-insulated wires are specialized electrical wires where the conductors are coated or insulated with fluoropolymer materials capable of withstanding continuous operating temperatures of up to 200°C. These wires are designed to provide exceptional thermal stability, chemical resistance, and electrical performance in high-temperature environments where standard wire insulation materials would degrade or fail.


Insulation Material: 200°C fluoropolymer-insulated wires use advanced fluoropolymer materials such as PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), FEP (fluorinated ethylene propylene), PFA (perfluoroalkoxy), or ETFE (ethylene tetrafluoroethylene) to coat or insulate the electrical conductors.
